ai, job market, and less work?
i've just saw a documentary about ai replacing jobs and not just in the tech sector but also in the entertainment industry. While I do think that the lost is more than the gain in jobs. I do think that there is a shift in who is taking those jobs.
Yes software engineer code much much much less now and evidently there less jobs out there for us. but there are industries where prompting has become in itself a job. Rather than hiring actors and actress they hire people who knows computer, scripting, prompting to create videos. It might now be directly software engineering but it's a new kind of job.
